Colvin is a Spanish start up providing an online flower delivery marketplace where consumers buy directly from growers, resulting in 50% to 100% savings. Raised €25 million in Series B, operating in Spain, Italy, Portugal and France with delivery volumes over $1million in a single day.

  • To provide fractional CMO leadership during a highly disruptive post pandemic whilst troubleshooting business and team challenges. Apply strategic rigour as well as hands-on and practical expertise within marketing.

  • In a 100% remote based capacity:

    1. Performed deep performance and influencer audits and identified growth opportunities completed with an actionable roadmap.

    2. Provided stability and credibility during multiple leadership and personnel changes.

    3. Streamlined reporting and processes to create much needed meaningful visibility across marketing and business growth levers.

    1. Delivered 15% budget savings within Search and Meta, to be redeployed to drive upper funnel activities.

    2. Successfully supported the CMO recruitment process - leading the assessment of candidates.

    3. Successfully developed data driven business case to shift influencer marketing from lower funnel to upper funnel by using a combination of 1st and last touch attribution methodologies.
