I’m Mehul Garg—founder of Be Gargantuan and a hands-on growth partner for eCommerce, Direct-To-Consumer first brands.
For almost a decade, I’ve worked inside the engines of 60+ consumer brands—spanning hundreds of products across 30+ countries. From lean 5-person startups to 200-strong scale-ups, I’ve helped launch international markets, build subscription and community models, and professionalise growth teams—contributing to over $700M in revenue across the UK, EU, and US.
But I didn’t start Be Gargantuan to chase headlines. I’ve always been drawn to brands solving meaningful consumer problems; products that create real impact through responsible consumerism. Growth here is noisy, messy, and high-pressure. That’s exactly what energises me.

How Gargantuan came to Be…
Before launching Be Gargantuan, I held senior roles at Michelin, GE Money, Santander, Mirror Group and PhotoBox—sometimes in scale-up mode, sometimes in firefighting mode. The lesson was clear: growth problems rarely live inside one function. Solving them just within the marketing team was too limiting.
To truly unlock growth, I had to step outside departments and partner with founders, C-suites, and investors on the entire problem: across P&L, people, product, brand, retention, and operations.
That’s how Be Gargantuan began. Nearly ten years on, I remain an independent, unbiased partner—operating with objectivity, integrity, and one focus: building businesses that scale sustainably.
